Trans Boundary Cooperation
Effective conservation of the landscape complex demands mutual cooperation of the two countries. Realising its importance, WTLCP therefore has been attentive in cross border cooperation activities since the inception of its frontloading programme WTLBP. Some of the WTLCP cross border cooperation activities are anti-poaching trainings, local level trans-boundary meetings and exposure visits of government officials, park officials and users. Besides, government officials of both countries discuss on several crosscutting issues to enhance conservation initiatives in corridors as well as in protected areas.
